This is the plan for November to December, 2024. 1. 1st November, 2024 – Meet with ICPCN and WCC on the Capacity Project for CPC in Ghana 2. 4th to 8 th November, 2024 – Meeting with MoH in after draft submission – work of TC to complete strategy. 3. 11th to 15 th November, 2024 – Possible TC Meeting to complete draft into working document 4. 18th to 29 th November – Participate in Master Class 2024 at India – a st. Christopher’s Initiative of global conference 5. 2nd December to 6 th December, 2024 – Finalized Working document (blueprint) for pilot National Palliative Care program – five-year strategic program under UHC 2020 to 2030. 6. 10th December to 14 th December, 2024 – AGM & Public Validation of National 5 years strategic program 7. Fundraising still ongoing from October through this period. 8. 28th December, 2024 – General Membership Meeting – Update on fundraising, closing of 2024 GPCA activities, opening of 2025 GPCA activities and discussing new ideas, opening of 2025 committees and nomination for committee members and program initiation plan. Planning to launch new committee members by March 2025. Launching 2025 activities by first week in January, 2025.
